| Angel Food
Ministries is a nonprofit, nondenominational organization that is
dedicated to providing grocery relief to communities all across the
country.
Groceries are ordered each month by any
interested individual with no income guidelines or
applications. Each Basic Food Unit costs $30 and
contains both fresh and frozen top quality food items with an
average retail value of $60.
Each box of food
will assist in feeding a family of four for about one week, or one
person for almost a month!
Special values
are also available each month. The only qualification is:
at least one Basic Food Unit must be ordered.
Order dates are
set each month. Anyone may order any number of Basic Food
Units during these order times. On the distribution day
(always a Saturday), simply bring the receipt and a box, basket, or
cooler to receive the food.
Our food is
"restaurant grade" meats, frozen vegetables, fruits, dairy products,
etc. which we acquire through our involvement with only the best
producers/ vendors of high quality, "name brand" foods. Never
"seconds" or "day old" type products are involved. |
