is a
fellowship
for our Seniors
who are
age 55 and up.
Having a good time is what we all
share in common. Food is always an important part of our fellowship.
Sometimes we meet at someone's house or in the church's Family Life Center.
While other times we go to a gospel sing at the WPOS Christian Center in
Holland, Ohio or simply to a local restaurant.
In the warmer months of the year
we venture out and about. Some of the places we have visited
are: Grand Rapids, Ohio where we ate at a restaurant and then took a
canal boat ride; Frankenmuth, Michigan where we dined at the
Bavarian Inn and toured Bronner's Christmas Shop; Canterbury
Village in Michigan, we dined at the Rain Forest Cafe' and went back to
the Village for ice cream; Sauder's Village in Archbold, Ohio;
Greenfield Village in Dearborn, Michigan; and the Air Force Museum in
Dayton, Ohio. The only over-night trip we have been on is to
Cambridge, Ohio to see the Passion Play. All of our other trips
were simply day trips.
At our gatherings we usually sing
old songs and tell of the
good things God has done for us and then give Him thanks. Whatever we
do, we always have a good time and we
would love to have you join us.
